Refund Policy

We want you to be stoked!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, get in contact with us.

 

ALL Custom orders, including ZELVY BLING GOAT WHEELS Please note!

1) Incorrect specification on your behalf is not covered under our free return or refund policies.

2) Wheels received that are not what you ordered (as per the order online specification), may be returned for a full refund, and we will fix our mistake :)

3) For any reason whatsoever you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before we dispatch it. You may not be eligible for a refund. This is only because components for custom builds are specifically ordered for you and built just for you. 

For "OFF THE SHELF"  or standard products:

1) If you made a mistake with specification and want to exchange the product for another. Freight charges and any difference in RRP will apply. 

2) Any altered products cannot be returned.

3) We do not control the freight companies! We don't offer discounts or refunds due to shipping delays.

 

OVERSEAS?

Overseas customers who have a valid warranty claim will be handled from Australia. However where there is no Zelvy authorised retailer in your area we will work with your preferred local bike shop (and at our discretion) for any labour as required.

For 2019 We can arrange return shipping at very good rates for you if you wish, and will just send you a complete new wheel.OR if you prefer, as soon as we have the tracking of your returned good we will ship you a replacement (unless for some reason we are out of stock)

Crash replacements pre-2019 wheels in USA will be sent to your designated Local bike Shop, labour costs to be paid by you.

 

 

PRE ORDER RETURNS

Occasionally we launch a new product with a heavily discounted pre-order program. The discounted price is offered to customers that are prepared to wait for the new product to be produced. As such, we do NOT offer refunds or returns on Pre-Orders for any reason. Zelvy uses the funds from Pre-Orders to commence production of the new product (Meeting Minimum Production Order Requirements etc). 

The only exception to this policy is if we do not meet the pre-order target (there is not enough interest in the new product) in a reasonable (determined by us) time frame. In which case we will refund all committed pre orders in full.

Upon receiving your new Pre-Ordered product only then may you return the product and ask for a refund. Provided it is in new and unused condition.
